FTTB Cleaners is now open to clean residential and commercial jobs. As a cleaning company, we are the frontline of defense when it comes to disinfecting your home against COVID-19.

To adapt to our “new normal,” we will be following CDC official guidelines and recommendations. We ask our clients to continue communicating with us as we work together to provide you with our services.

New Terms and Services:

What we at FTTB Cleaners will do:

• Our cleaners will wear masks and gloves.
• Gloves, masks, and socks will be changed between each job to prevent cross-contamination between homes.
• Wash towels and water will be changed between every room to avoid cross-contamination.
• We use CDC approved disinfectants: Clorox, Lysol, bleach, and more.

What we ask our clients to do:

• Social distancing: please respect our cleaners and follow these safe distancing guidelines. If your house is being cleaned, either leave the home during your scheduled cleaning or quarantine yourself and all family members (including kids and pets) to one room on a separate floor during the cleaning time.
• Notify us if you, your family, or your employees have been sick.
• Please let us know if you or anyone in your family is working in the healthcare industry and is exposed to COVID-19.

Communication is key!

Call us at 440.856.9033 to let us know if someone in your family has been or becomes ill within two weeks of your scheduled cleaning. Our cleaners will follow the same precautions. If any party is or has been sick, that cleaning will be rescheduled.

If any of these guidelines are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any cleanings for another day.
