Do I need to be home? 

It’s completely up to you. Most clients are not home and have lockboxes or garage codes.

 

Do you have to come to my house or place of business before you come and clean?
Yes, we need to visit your home or place of business to ensure we have the right supplies, equipment, and the proper time estimate.

 

Can FTTB Cleaners hold my keys?
Yes, but we prefer garage codes, or lock boxes.

 

Can I clean with the cleaners?
We are there to take care of the cleaning so you don’t have to.

 

Do I need to provide supplies?
No, we bring our own supplies. We offer standard household cleaners and/or eco-friendly cleaners. Unless there is a specific product you prefer.

 

What is your rescheduling & cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice of a cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Is tipping required?
No, tipping is not required. Our stance on tipping is if you feel compelled, it is your choice.

 

Do you clean houses that have pets?
Absolutely, we are pet friendly.  However, we do not clean litter boxes, pet habitats, or any animal excrement.

 

Do you use a mop?
No, we do not use mops in homes. To ensure the proper cleaning of floors and baseboards, we do all floors on our hands and knees.

 

Will you use a step ladder?
Yes, we will use a step ladder.

 

What else do you clean?

We clean your blinds, grout, patios, garages, ovens, windows, and more!
